Progressive Technology is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Help Desk Assistant to join our dynamic support team. As an Online Help Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients or internal users, helping resolve basic technical issues and escalating complex queries to higher-level teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, or ticketing system.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following provided guidelines and procedures.

  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the help desk system.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT or technical support staff when necessary.

  • Approx. 30–40 hours per week for full-time; part-time options also available.

  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting methods for common user issues.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple queries at once.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using help desk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (training will be provided).
