In this remote role, you will be the front-line representative of our brand, handling real-time chat support to resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless digital experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through live chat platforms.

  • Provide accurate product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints.

  • Document interactions and customer details clearly in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and digital communication.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.

  • Proficient with computers, web applications, and chat platforms.


Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience in customer support or similar roles (Freshers are welcome).

  • Prior exposure to chat-based support or CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • 5 days a week (Flexible shift options available).

  • Rotational or fixed shifts based on process requirements.

  • Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis.

  • Typical shift duration: 8 hours (including breaks).
