Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking energetic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our growing BPO team. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, concerns, or support requests.

  • Communicate effectively in a regional language (such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, etc.) along with basic English or Hindi.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account-related inquiries.

  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone during all customer interactions.

  • Record details of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints using internal systems.

  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company processes and compliance standards.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team leader for resolution.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass or any graduate preferred.

  • Proficient in one or more regional Indian languages.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to operate customer service software or CRM tools.

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different customer service techniques.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome – full training provided.

  • Previous experience in voice process/customer service/BPO is an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available – Full-Time and Part-Time options.

  • Day shifts and rotational shifts (including weekends) based on project requirement.

  • Work-from-home setup requires availability during assigned shift hours.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Multilingual fluency is a strong asset.

  • Familiarity with customer service etiquette and escalation handling.

  • Ability to navigate computer systems, emails, and call-handling software.

  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

  • Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
