• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any relevant field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
