Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused E-commerce Chat Support Agent (Female) to join our dynamic remote team. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service experiences to customers through live chat and messaging platforms. As the first point of contact, you will guide shoppers, resolve queries, and enhance satisfaction — all while working from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat, social media inboxes, and messaging platforms.

  • Resolve product or order-related concerns promptly and accurately.

  • Assist customers with browsing, product information, order tracking, and returns.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge in all communications.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior support staff or relevant departments as required.

  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Stay up to date with e-commerce policies, promotions, and product updates.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and typing speed.

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a friendly, professional tone.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online shopping behavior.

  • Proficiency in using chat tools, social media, and customer service software.

  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume conversations with composure.


Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, chat support, or online sales is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a learning attitude are welcome to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling available (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts).

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 4–6 hours daily, including weekends if required.
