Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules.
Help manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheet tracking.
Coordinate internal communications and distribute HR-related information and announcements.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documents for management review.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely manner.
Support payroll administration by gathering necessary information and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to HR functions.
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or team.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
