Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SEO Analyst to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This is a 100% remote position ideal for Junior or Mid-Level professionals who are passionate about search engine optimization and eager to contribute to the growth of our online presence. The SEO Analyst will play a vital role in analyzing, optimizing, and improving website rankings across search engines to drive organic traffic and support overall marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.

• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, images, and content structure for SEO best practices.

• Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

• Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO alignment in content and site architecture.

• Generate regular SEO performance reports, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

• Assist in technical SEO audits and identify issues impacting site visibility and ranking.

• Support local SEO initiatives and assist in managing online business listings where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Solid understanding of SEO principles, algorithms, and ranking factors.

• Proficiency with SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic website management is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

• Junior Level: 1-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.

• Mid-Level: 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in improving website rankings and traffic.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time remote position.

• Flexible working hours with core hours between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (local time) to facilitate team collaboration.

• Occasional availability may be required for virtual meetings and project deadlines.
