Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our creative team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex ideas into compelling visual presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. The ideal candidate is creative, has a strong sense of design and storytelling, and is comfortable working across departments to deliver engaging and professional presentation content. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for those who have a keen eye for aesthetics and a flair for visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Translate data and concepts into visually appealing slides

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to align visuals with messaging

• Maintain brand consistency in all presentation materials

• Create visual assets such as icons, charts, infographics, and diagrams

• Adapt existing templates or develop custom templates as needed

• Provide quick turnarounds while maintaining design excellence

• Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to visual presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory

• Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, visual stories

• Familiarity with brand guidelines and applying them consistently

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in presentation design or graphic design

• Experience designing for corporate, sales, marketing, or executive-level audiences preferred

• A portfolio showcasing relevant PowerPoint or presentation work is required

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a results-driven approach

• Occasional availability for meetings across time zones may be required

• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking

• Professionalism when dealing with confidential and high-stakes materials

• Ability to accept and incorporate feedback gracefully

• Fluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus)
