Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a talented and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will conceptualize and execute visually compelling digital and print designs that align with our branding and marketing goals. From social media graphics to promotional banners, web visuals, and print-ready collateral, your work will help elevate our brand image across platforms. This position is ideal for a self-driven designer with a strong portfolio and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original visual content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver high-impact designs that reflect the brand identity.

• Translate creative briefs into high-quality design concepts and deliverables.

• Ensure all visuals maintain a consistent look and feel, adhering to brand guidelines.

• Revise and improve designs based on internal feedback.

• Deliver final artwork in correct format for digital and print platforms.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

• Experience designing for both digital (social media, websites, email) and print media.

• Strong visual storytelling ability.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.

• Ability to take creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision.

• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and design versatility.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freelance or agency experience preferred).

• Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana is a plus.

Working Hours

• Freelance/Project-Based: Work is assigned on a per-project basis.

• Flexible scheduling with the expectation of timely communication and reliable delivery.

• Weekly check-ins with the creative team may be required depending on the project.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fluent in design best practices across multiple formats (web, social, mobile, print).

• Familiarity with modern trends in branding and digital marketing.

• Motion design and basic animation skills (After Effects or similar tools) are a bonus.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to accept feedback gracefully and incorporate it constructively.
