Key Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and provide written feedback on resumes submitted by job seekers.

• Edit, format, and enhance resumes for clarity, grammar, structure, and effectiveness.

• Customize resumes to align with specific industries and roles, using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) best practices.

• Suggest improvements for content, design, and keywords based on current hiring trends.

• Provide empathetic, constructive feedback to support clients career goals.

• Collaborate with internal quality teams and follow set editorial and formatting guidelines.

• Maintain daily productivity targets and adhere to review turnaround times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and professional tone.

• Excellent written communication and editing skills.

• Knowledge of resume structure, industry standards, and ATS formatting.

• Ability to interpret job descriptions and align resumes accordingly.

• Comfortable using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and online collaboration tools.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in resume writing, recruitment, career services, human resources, or content editing.

• Freshers with strong writing skills and understanding of resumes are encouraged to apply.
