Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Product Listing Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, solid understanding of e-commerce SEO, and experience with product content management. This is a fully remote opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a fast-growing digital commerce team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new product listings on Amazon and Flipkart with high accuracy and adherence to platform standards.

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords to enhance visibility and ranking.

• Upload and manage product images, videos, and other media assets.

• Conduct regular audits of existing listings to ensure compliance, accuracy, and optimal performance.

• Monitor listings for errors, suppression, or deactivation and resolve issues promptly.

• Coordinate with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure all product details are up to date.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in e-commerce algorithms, SEO trends, and platform-specific policies.

• Generate performance reports and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates and visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Excellent written English and product copywriting skills.

• Strong knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO best practices.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for formatting product content is a plus.

• Familiarity with product photography standards and image editing tools.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and listing templates.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product listing on Amazon/Flipkart or similar e-commerce platforms.

• Prior experience in handling bulk listings, templates, and variation setups preferred.

• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST)

• Flexible scheduling available for candidates in different time zones
