Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a passionate and skilled Coding Instructor to join our remote teaching team. As a Coding Instructor, you will deliver engaging, high-quality coding lessons to students of various skill levels, helping them develop practical programming skills and prepare for careers in technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive online coding classes using a variety of programming languages (such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.).

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and student learning objectives.

• Provide personalized guidance, feedback, and support to students to enhance their understanding and coding proficiency.

• Monitor student progress, evaluate performance, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

• Collaborate with curriculum designers and team members to improve course content and instructional methods.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in programming and online education.

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating virtual classroom environment.

• Address student inquiries promptly through virtual communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.) with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.

• Previous experience teaching coding, programming, or related subjects, preferably in an online setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and sessions efficiently.

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or LMS software.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and student development.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in coding or computer science.

• Experience working in remote or virtual environments is highly desirable.

• Prior experience with curriculum development or educational content creation is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with the ability to conduct classes during peak student availability times (morning, afternoon, or evening slots).

• Part-time and full-time schedules available based on candidate preference and student demand.

• Must have reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for conducting online classes.
