Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.)

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

• Automate repetitive tasks and ensure system scalability and security through scripting and tooling

• Monitor infrastructure performance and provide system tuning and enhancements

• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless code releases and environment consistency

• Maintain high standards of operational reliability, system availability, and disaster recovery

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues quickly and effectively

• Document all processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and support team collaboration

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its ecosystem

• Proficiency with Linux-based systems and command-line tools

• Deep understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or ECS

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment strategies

• Proficient in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Shell

• Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, VPNs, load balancing, firewalls, and VPCs

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role

• Proven track record of deploying and managing cloud-native applications

• Experience working in agile and remote-first teams is highly desirable

Working Hours

• Flexible Remote Work Schedule

• Core availability expected between 9 AM to 5 PM (UTC or aligned time zone) for collaboration

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
