Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

• Conduct detailed keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structure.

• Manage technical SEO aspects such as website audits, crawl errors, page speed, and mobile optimization.

• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.

• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

• Coordinate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and track outcomes.

• Identify and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development principles is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy development and implementation.

• Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or digital campaigns is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Flexible working hours with core availability between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (candidates local time).

• Occasional meetings or collaboration sessions with the team may require adherence to scheduled times.
