Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Order Processing Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders received through online platforms with high accuracy.

  • Verify order information, pricing, and availability of stock before confirming transactions.

  • Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.

  • Monitor order status and update customers on progress, delays, or issues.

  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and returns in line with company policy.

  • Respond to order-related queries via email, chat, or phone in a professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer correspondence.

  • Generate daily order reports and flag any discrepancies or system issues.

  • Assist with basic inventory data entry and stock-level monitoring.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Proficient in using order management systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in online order processing, e-commerce support, or administrative roles.

Working Hours

  • Availability during peak business hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday) preferred.
