Key Responsibilities

• Revise and refine designs based on internal feedback and client input

• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design work

• Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to follow creative briefs while bringing innovative design ideas to the table

• Detail-oriented with an eye for consistency and brand alignment

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, either freelance or in-house

• Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns

• Experience working remotely or with international teams is a plus

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours (you manage your own schedule)

• For full-time roles: Availability for team meetings and project discussions during core hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM GMT+7)

• Freelance roles: Project-based timelines with reasonable deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of color theory, composition, and branding principles

• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices

• Ability to adapt to different brand styles and creative directions

• Creative mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently

• Comfortable using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zoom)
