Amazon India is urgently hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for Work From Home Fulfillment Center Associate roles. As a Fulfillment Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Amazon customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition—working behind the scenes to manage order data, processing requests, and coordinating logistics digitally.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage order processing through Amazons internal systems.

• Perform digital fulfillment tasks including order verification, label generation, and documentation.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams virtually to ensure order accuracy and delivery timelines.

• Track shipments and update status reports in real time.

• Provide remote support to logistics and supply chain departments.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues when required.

• Ensure data accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass; graduates preferred.

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in typing and online tools.

• Good understanding of English (written and verbal).

• Comfortable working with data entry, dashboards, and communication tools like email and chat.

• Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop/desktop.

Experience

• No prior experience required.

• Freshers and entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-Time, 6 Days a Week

• Rotational Shifts (Day & Evening), including weekends if required
