Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Ecommerce Support Executives (Female Candidates) to join our growing remote support team. This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for candidates based in Chennai who are passionate about customer service and eager to build a career in the booming e-commerce industry. As a key support representative, you will handle customer queries, order issues, and returns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and refunds.

• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through empathetic and solution-oriented communication.

• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and other internal teams to resolve delivery-related concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

• Stay updated on product catalogs, policies, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information to customers.

• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets and adhere to quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates residing in or around Chennai preferred.

• Strong command of English and Tamil (spoken and written); Hindi is an added advantage.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and internet navigation.

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a customer support, call center, or e-commerce-related role.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Sunday fixed off

• Work-from-home flexibility with a stable internet connection required.
