Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dynamic and motivated Home-Based Telemarketing Executive (Female) to join our expanding team in a remote capacity. This role is tailored for confident, articulate individuals based in Chennai who are enthusiastic about connecting with potential clients and promoting services during daytime hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.

• Clearly explain and promote the companys services/products to prospects.

• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems with lead status and follow-ups.

• Handle client queries with professionalism and guide them through the enrollment or purchase process.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets.

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into qualified leads or customers.

• Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet-based applications.

• Confidence in handling outbound calls.

• Self-motivated and results-driven personality.

• Comfortable working independently from home.

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in home-based roles will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:

• Day Shift Only – Monday to Saturday

• 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Sunday Fixed Off
