Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity for fresh and experienced candidates to work on cutting-edge infrastructure, manufacturing, and steel projects across India. The selected candidates will be trained and deployed in core departments such as project engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, operations, and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects in infrastructure or manufacturing plants.

• Monitor machinery, conduct maintenance checks, and ensure optimal performance of equipment.

• Carry out quality control processes and inspections to maintain compliance with industry standards.

• Support senior engineers in data collection, technical analysis, and reporting.

• Maintain safety and environmental protocols on-site or in the plant.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and project delivery.

• Prepare daily/weekly status updates and documentation as required by the project manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation) or
  B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Metallurgy, etc.)

• Good understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

• Proficient in MS Office tools and basic CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks is a plus).

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to adapt to on-site or plant-based work environments.

Experience:

• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or plant maintenance will be preferred.

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• Shifts may vary depending on the location/project. Rotational shift availability is required for plant-based roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and industrial standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.

• Quick learner with a positive and proactive approach.
