Key Responsibilities

Front Office Staff:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures

  • Manage room reservations and handle inquiries via phone/email

  • Maintain guest records and ensure high service standards

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs

Kitchen Staff:

  • Assist in meal preparation, cooking, and presentation

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

  • Manage food inventory and support senior chefs in daily operations

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Other Roles (Housekeeping, Guest Services, etc.):

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas

  • Respond promptly to guest needs and service requests

  • Provide concierge-level support to enhance guest experiences

  • Monitor and replenish hotel supplies as required


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications preferred

  • Basic computer knowledge (for front office roles)

  • Good command of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus

  • Polite and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and customer-first attitude


Experience

  • Entry-Level Roles: 0–1 year of experience; training will be provided

  • Experienced Roles: 2+ years of proven experience in a hotel or hospitality setting


Working Hours

  • Rotational Shifts / Day and Night Shifts

  • Weekends and public holiday availability may be required

  • Full-time (8 hours per day) or part-time (4–6 hours per shift) options available


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

  • Familiarity with POS systems or hotel management software (for front desk roles)

  • Commitment to hospitality standards and guest satisfaction

  • Basic culinary knowledge (for kitchen staff roles)
