Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and perform entertainment activities such as live shows, games, themed parties, and guest interaction events.

• Engage with cruise guests to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience.

• Assist in coordinating daily entertainment schedules and collaborate with other departments for seamless event execution.

• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guest inquiries or concerns.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Adhere to all health, safety, and security regulations onboard.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• South African citizenship (mandatory).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform in front of large audiences and engage guests of diverse ages and backgrounds.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of event management or entertainment preferred.

• Good physical fitness and stamina.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.

Experience

• Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, event coordination, or customer service is highly desirable.

• Experience in performing arts, dance, music, or hosting is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time, rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Typical shifts range between 8 to 12 hours depending on daily entertainment schedules.

• Extended periods onboard with time off during port calls.
