MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. As an integral part of our HR department, the HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, aligning human resource practices with business objectives. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement strategies and lead change management initiatives.
Serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues including compliance, development, and policy.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions.
Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and support a positive working environment.
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure quality recruitment and onboarding processes.
Support leadership development programs and facilitate training as needed.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the organization.
Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment regulations.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with senior leadership.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or strategic HR role.
Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment is highly preferred.
Proven track record of managing change, organizational development, and strategic HR projects.
Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Flexibility may be required based on business needs or time zone differences.
Hybrid or remote working options may be available depending on location.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational and financial implications of HR decisions.
Deep understanding of organizational behavior and workforce trends.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Leadership presence with the ability to challenge and influence others.
Familiarity with global HR trends and cultural sensitivities when working with diverse teams.
