Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.

• Drive employee engagement strategies and lead change management initiatives.

• Serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues including compliance, development, and policy.

• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions.

• Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and support a positive working environment.

• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure quality recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Support leadership development programs and facilitate training as needed.

• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the organization.

• Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with senior leadership.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or strategic HR role.

• Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of managing change, organizational development, and strategic HR projects.

Working Hours

• Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Flexibility may be required based on business needs or time zone differences.

• Hybrid or remote working options may be available depending on location.

• Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational and financial implications of HR decisions.

• Deep understanding of organizational behavior and workforce trends.
