Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly skilled and analytical IT Consultant to join our expanding team. As a key member of our technology advisory division, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, offering expert IT solutions, and implementing strategies that drive operational efficiency. This role demands strong technical proficiency, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement tailored IT strategies that align with client business goals.

• Advise on technology solutions, software development, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

• Troubleshoot system and software issues and provide timely resolution.

• Prepare detailed documentation including project reports, manuals, and system diagrams.

• Train client staff on new technologies and procedures.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT consulting, system analysis, or IT project management.

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, software development life cycle, and enterprise systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in tools such as MS Office Suite, project management platforms, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in an IT consulting or advisory role.

• Experience working with multinational clients is preferred.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible or Client-Timezone Based, if required)

• Occasional weekend or after-hours availability depending on client needs or project deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development methodologies.

• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

• Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.

• Adept at stakeholder management and consulting across various industries.
