Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dynamic, creative, and media-savvy Public Relations Specialist to elevate the companys public image and strengthen brand communication across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating a strong industry network, increasing awareness, and developing an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the companys public image and reputation.

• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, speeches, articles, and other PR materials.

• Maintain and build relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.

• Coordinate all public relations activities including events, media outreach, and content strategy.

• Manage crises and act as the companys spokesperson when necessary.

• Collaborate with marketing, internal communications, and leadership teams to align messaging and branding.

• Monitor public opinion and industry trends to proactively manage potential reputational risks.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns in alignment with corporate objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to craft compelling press releases, media content, and reports.

• Proven ability to build relationships with media professionals and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar communications role.

• Experience in managing PR campaigns and handling media inquiries.

• Previous exposure to crisis communication and reputation management is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible Work Arrangements Available)

• Occasional evening or weekend availability for events or media responses may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth understanding of public relations and media landscapes.

• Knowledge of content creation, brand messaging, and storytelling.

• Proficiency in PR software tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, etc.).

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
