Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a motivated and talented Junior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic development team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and functional interfaces.

• Assist in the optimization of web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to improve application performance and usability.

• Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between client and server.

• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices to continually enhance development processes.

• Contribute to project planning, documentation, and agile sprint activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is preferred.

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.

• Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in front-end web development or related internships/projects.

• Practical exposure to real-world web development projects through coursework, internships, or personal projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Flexibility in work hours and remote working options may be available based on company policy.
