Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Director to lead our financial strategy and operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for steering the companys financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial integrity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership, strategic thinking, and a collaborative approach to partnering with executive teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Oversee financial reporting, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor key financial metrics and provide data-driven insights to the executive team.

• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.

• Supervise the finance and accounting departments ensuring accuracy and accountability.

• Evaluate and implement financial systems, controls, and automation opportunities.

• Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.

• Support fundraising and M&A initiatives with due diligence and financial modeling.

• Ensure the integrity of internal controls and financial data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and standards.

• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of corporate financial planning and business operations.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience.

• At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.

• Demonstrated experience managing large budgets, investment portfolios, and audit processes.

• Background in multinational environments or dynamic growth companies is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible hours depending on location/time zone)

• Occasional extended hours during financial reporting periods or strategic reviews.
