Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed documentation of data processes and findings.

• Collaborate with developers and IT staff to enhance data pipelines and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate results.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.

• Internship or academic project experience in data-related roles will be considered for junior candidates.

Working Hours

• Flexible hours with a requirement to attend virtual meetings during core team collaboration hours.

• Full-time: 35–40 hours per week.

• Part-time options available (minimum 20 hours/week).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of data mining, cleaning, and reporting techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Good understanding of business operations and how data supports organizational goals.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
