Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer I/II to join our dynamic team at Asplundh Engineering Services through MNC JOBS INFO. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home while also collaborating with a professional team in our Kent, WA office. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems across various utility and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of electrical distribution and transmission systems.

  • Create and revise electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software.

  • Support project planning, cost estimation, and material specifications.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project timelines and technical standards are met.

  • Conduct field assessments and site visits as needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices.

  • Perform technical calculations and analysis to support engineering decisions.

  • Assist with QA/QC processes to ensure accurate and complete project deliverables.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other engineering design software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of utility systems and distribution design practices.

  • Basic understanding of NESC, NEC, and other regulatory standards.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

  • Comfortable working in both office and remote environments.


Experience

  • Electrical Engineer I: 0–2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.

  • Electrical Engineer II: 2–5 years of experience in a utility or power distribution engineering role.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

  • Hybrid Work Model: 3 days remote, 2 days in-office (flexible based on project needs)
