Key Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality, and engaging video content for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram platforms.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with brand messaging, campaigns, and goals.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas and marketing strategies.

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with followers through comments, live sessions, and community engagement.

• Analyze content performance, track analytics, and optimize future content strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated with platform trends, challenges, hashtags, and emerging technologies.

• Represent Progressive Technology with authenticity and professionalism.

• Occasionally attend virtual or in-person events to promote brand visibility (if required).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong creative instincts with a good sense of humor, timing, and storytelling.

• Proficient with video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or equivalent.

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.

• Ability to adapt content to suit different platforms and audiences.

• Strong personal brand or willingness to build one from scratch with guidance.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Experience

• Prior experience as a social media content creator or influencer is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts (personal or brand).

• Proven portfolio of video content across TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram is highly desirable.

• Freshers with exceptional talent and creativity are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours — content targets to be met weekly.

• Mostly remote work, with occasional scheduled team meetings.

• Freedom to create content during preferred hours, as long as deadlines are respected.
