Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Construction Site Apprentices. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity designed for those who are eager to learn the fundamentals of construction, including safety protocols, building techniques, and teamwork. As an apprentice, you will gain practical experience under the guidance of experienced site managers and skilled tradespeople, with a clear path toward a long-term career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools

• Support skilled workers including carpenters, electricians, and site supervisors

• Follow all site safety protocols and report any hazards immediately

• Carry out basic tasks such as lifting, moving, and setting up equipment

• Learn and apply foundational building practices and safety standards

• Attend training sessions and safety briefings as required

• Maintain a professional attitude and punctuality at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Basic understanding of hand and power tools (training will be provided)

• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Experience

• No prior construction experience is required—this is an entry-level role designed for learning

• Any experience in manual labor, outdoor work, or building maintenance is a plus

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary slightly depending on the project)

• Occasional weekend work may be required depending on site demands
