HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Fitter Apprentice to join our industrial team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about mechanical systems and are looking to kick-start a career in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. As an apprentice, you will receive hands-on training from experienced professionals while working on real-world projects, gaining valuable experience and trade skills essential for long-term success in the industry.
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery under supervision.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
Use hand and power tools to perform mechanical fitting tasks.
Support senior fitters and technicians in conducting inspections and identifying faults or worn mechanical parts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Complete all assigned training modules and participate actively in on-the-job training sessions.
Document work activities and report progress to supervisors and training coordinators.
A strong interest in mechanical systems and industrial processes.
Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical principles.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take instruction from experienced professionals.
Physically fit and able to handle manual labor and equipment safely.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
No prior mechanical experience required – this is an entry-level role.
Any hands-on or vocational training in mechanics, engineering, or industrial work is a plus.
Full-time role (Monday to Friday)
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime or shift rotation may be required depending on project demands.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
Comfortable working in industrial environments (noise, dust, etc.).
Basic math and measurement skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
