Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Fitter Apprentice to join our industrial team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery under supervision.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.

• Use hand and power tools to perform mechanical fitting tasks.

• Support senior fitters and technicians in conducting inspections and identifying faults or worn mechanical parts.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Complete all assigned training modules and participate actively in on-the-job training sessions.

• Document work activities and report progress to supervisors and training coordinators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong interest in mechanical systems and industrial processes.

• Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical principles.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and take instruction from experienced professionals.

• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor and equipment safely.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

• No prior mechanical experience required – this is an entry-level role.

• Any hands-on or vocational training in mechanics, engineering, or industrial work is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time role (Monday to Friday)

• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Occasional overtime or shift rotation may be required depending on project demands.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Comfortable working in industrial environments (noise, dust, etc.).
