Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and innovative Freelance HR Consultant to spearhead the design and implementation of modern HR policies and training programs. This part-time, fully remote role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives on transforming HR strategies into actionable, impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive HR policies aligned with legal requirements and industry best practices.

• Review and revamp existing HR procedures and documentation.

• Create, implement, and evaluate engaging training and development programs for employees and leadership.

• Provide expert guidance on compliance, labor laws, and employee relations issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policies support company values and enhance employee engagement.

• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements as needed.

• Offer consultative support in areas such as performance management, onboarding, and employee handbooks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of HR consulting in policy development and training design.

• Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and modern HR practices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

Working Hours:

• Part-time: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility to manage your own schedule.

• 100% remote with occasional virtual meetings based on project needs.
