Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and motivated Packing Helpers to join our team at Amazon. As a Packing Helper, you will be responsible for preparing and packing products to be shipped out to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in packing products in accordance with company procedures and customer specifications.

• Ensure all items are accurately packed to prevent damage during transit.

• Check product codes and quantities to ensure correct orders are packed.

• Organize items in designated storage areas and maintain cleanliness in the packing area.

• Ensure that all packing materials are properly stocked and available.

• Report any discrepancies or issues to the team leader or supervisor.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure the safe handling of products.

• Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.

• Assist with inventory management by tracking packed items and supplies.

• Adhere to Amazons standards for quality and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to lift and move packages (up to a certain weight limit as per company guidelines).

• Basic understanding of packing materials and processes.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.

• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or logistics role is an advantage but not essential.

• Freshers are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

• Experience with handling packing tools or machinery is beneficial.

Working Hours
