Key Responsibilities

• Packing & Sorting: Efficiently pack and sort items based on size, type, and priority for shipment. Ensure products are securely packed and meet quality standards.

• Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy of orders and the quality of products being packed. Conduct quality checks to avoid errors.

• Inventory Management: Track and document packed and sorted items. Assist in inventory control and reporting as required.

• Operational Efficiency: Follow Amazons established safety and operational procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to overall success.

• Problem Solving: Identify and address operational issues related to packing or sorting to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift packages throughout the shift. The role may require lifting items of varying weight.

• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience
