HR Service Jobs is urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive for our Guwahati location. • Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, print, on-ground).

• Collaborate with the sales and HR teams to align marketing strategies with client acquisition goals.

• Build relationships with local businesses, institutions, and media for promotional partnerships.

• Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Manage and update the companys social media presence, including content creation and audience interaction.

• Organize and participate in promotional events, job fairs, and client meetings.

• Prepare weekly reports detailing campaign performance, leads generated, and ROI metrics.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms).

• Ability to handle fieldwork and client visits in Guwahati and nearby areas.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (Assamese) preferred.

📚 Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a service-based or HR domain.

• Experience in field marketing or B2B client acquisition will be a strong advantage.

⏰ Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Occasional travel and extended hours may be required for field activities or events.
