Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and product inquiries.
Accurately document customer interactions, including details of issues and resolutions.
Handle inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure a positive resolution for customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazons products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Comfortable working remotely and independently.
High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree is a plus.

At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Experience with remote work and handling customer support inquiries via various channels (phone, chat, email) is preferred.
Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus.
Familiarity with Amazons services and products is an advantage, but not mandatory.
This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on customer demand.
