Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly creative and versatile Freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate on a variety of remote design projects. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals with a passion for visual storytelling, brand aesthetics, and digital innovation. As a freelance designer, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to bring concepts to life and deliver visually compelling assets across digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging and on-brand graphics for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and marketing collateral

• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with project objectives

• Create visual assets that are optimized for different platforms (web, mobile, print)

• Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining design integrity

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

• Source and edit photos, illustrations, and other visual content as required

• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a freelance or remote setting

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or other design tools

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work including digital, branding, and print

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience

• Experience in working with clients across industries (tech, retail, finance, etc.) is a plus

• Prior experience with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, or Asana preferred

Working Hours

• Freelance / Project-based with flexible working hours

• Must be available to work and respond during Singapore business hours when required

• Deadlines and schedules may vary based on project scope

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt design styles across various brand identities

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a bonus

• Creative, open-minded, and receptive to feedback

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
