We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Night Shift Customer Support Executive to join our team at HR Service Jobs. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide effective support.
Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved.
Work closely with other teams to escalate complex issues or feedback.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and standards.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer support tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or call center environment.
Experience working in a night shift or remote work setting is a plus.
Prior experience with handling customer complaints and providing solutions will be an advantage.
Night shift position: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible schedules may apply).
Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
Strong understanding of customer service best practices and principles.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs and priorities.

Comfortable with handling sensitive customer issues with discretion and empathy.
