We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join Amazon as a Remote HR Associate based in Brazil. HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to Amazon associates by addressing queries and guiding them through HR processes, policies, and benefits.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolutions while promoting a positive work environment.
Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and assisting with onboarding for new hires.
HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records in the HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
Training Coordination: Coordinate and assist with training programs and initiatives designed to develop employees skills and enhance their performance.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and local labor laws, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Performance Management Support: Assist in the performance review process by gathering feedback and helping employees navigate the evaluation system.
Reporting: Compile HR-related reports for management, tracking metrics such as turnover, recruitment progress, and training effectiveness.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese (native level), with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management software (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with associates at all levels.
Problem Solving: Ability to resolve employee concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
At least 2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a similar role.
Prior experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable.
Experience with employee relations, recruitment, or HR operations is a plus.
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.
This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable internet connection and be available to work according to Brazils standard business hours (BRT).
