Job Summary

Amazon is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Warehouse Operations Assistants in Brazil. This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of Amazons fulfillment network. As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will help ensure that customers receive their orders accurately and on time, maintaining the world-class service Amazon is known for. You will be involved in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and operational excellence initiatives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and place incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders following Amazons quality standards.

• Operate warehouse tools and equipment such as pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and mobile carts.

• Conduct routine checks to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies when needed.

• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet daily performance goals.

• Follow safety and compliance procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on workflow efficiencies.

• Participate in day or night shift rotations, depending on business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and inventory systems.

• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting instructions, reports, and labels.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations is preferred but not required.

• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts available: Day and Night.

• Typical shift length is 8–10 hours.

• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak periods.

• Shifts may include weekends and public holidays.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with using handheld devices for scanning and data entry.
