This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of Amazons fulfillment network. As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will help ensure that customers receive their orders accurately and on time, maintaining the world-class service Amazon is known for. You will be involved in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and operational excellence initiatives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Receive, sort, and place incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders following Amazons quality standards.
Operate warehouse tools and equipment such as pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and mobile carts.
Conduct routine checks to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies when needed.
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet daily performance goals.
Follow safety and compliance procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on workflow efficiencies.
Participate in day or night shift rotations, depending on business needs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of warehouse processes and inventory systems.
Ability to lift up to 23 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
Proficient in reading and interpreting instructions, reports, and labels.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations is preferred but not required.
Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
Rotational shifts available: Day and Night.
Typical shift length is 8–10 hours.
Overtime opportunities may be available during peak periods.
Shifts may include weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of basic warehouse safety standards and practices.

Familiarity with using handheld devices for scanning and data entry.
