The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Telecom Sector division. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our telecom services, systems, and software meet the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability. Your focus will be on testing, evaluating, and improving systems that support customer service, network operations, and software development initiatives.

Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and procedures for telecom applications, systems, and services.
Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and compliance gaps.
Collaborate closely with developers, network engineers, and project managers to resolve defects and implement enhancements.
Monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
Analyze and document test results to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables.
Ensure all test activities conform to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirement documents and technical specifications.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and increased test efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices in the telecom industry.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Proven knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficient in test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
Solid understanding of telecom network protocols, systems, and architecture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the telecom industry.
Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, LoadRunner).
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Previous experience working with telecom-specific applications or OSS/BSS systems is a plus.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Flexible working hours with some overlap in core business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST).
Occasional on-call hours may be required during system rollouts or major updates.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Deep understanding of telecom technologies (LTE, VoIP, 5G, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
Adept at interpreting business requirements into technical specifications.
Familiarity with performance and/or security testing is an advantage.
