Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain consistency and accuracy while encoding content.

• Review and ensure that all encoded content aligns with established standards and specifications.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure the integrity of data and content accuracy.

• Collaborate with other team members to meet content deadlines and project requirements.

• Manage large amounts of content in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring minimal errors.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest content encoding trends and techniques to improve efficiency.

• Report any issues or discrepancies in encoded content to the management team.

• Ensure all work is completed according to the project guidelines and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry, content encoding, or similar roles is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using encoding software, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex datasets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in content encoding, data entry, or a similar administrative role.

• Experience with remote work is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or database software is a plus.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule.

• The candidate must be able to dedicate a minimum of 30 hours per week.

• Working hours can be adjusted based on individual availability, with core hours being between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of content management tools and data processing.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.

• Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage work in a remote setting.

• A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
