Job Summary

The Elite Job is currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Outbound Encoders. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining data accuracy, managing outbound data processing tasks, and supporting our logistics and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and encode outbound data into internal systems within set deadlines.

• Verify and cross-check information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to outbound logistics and inventory.

• Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, dispatch officers, and logistics personnel to track outbound shipments.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure the secure handling of sensitive data.

• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify data inputs.

• Support quality assurance by flagging and correcting data inconsistencies.

• Assist in optimizing data entry processes and recommending improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry systems.

• Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Experience

• Previous experience in data entry, logistics support, or administrative roles is an advantage but not required — we offer comprehensive training for the right candidates.

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project demands.
