Delta Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic customer support team as BPO Telecallers. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to begin or grow their career in customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of Delta Airlines, assisting customers with queries, booking requests, and service support, ensuring they experience our world-class service every step of the way.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and inquiries.
Provide information regarding flight schedules, travel policies, and loyalty programs.
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically.
Update customer records accurately in the system after each interaction.
Follow communication scripts and maintain adherence to call center procedures and protocols.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Meet daily and monthly call handling targets and quality metrics.
High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer literacy and ability to use telecalling and CRM software.
Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
No prior experience required – training will be provided.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Flexible work shifts available:
Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts.
Full-time: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Part-time: 4-hour shifts, customizable schedule.
Weekend and holiday shifts may be required based on business needs.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of airline and travel industry processes is a plus.
