Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize packages by size and destination.

• Operate handheld scanners and other tools to ensure accurate tracking of inventory.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and correctly.

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.

• Stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs for extended periods.

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to read and speak basic English.

• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 10-12 hours.

• Able to lift, carry, and move items up to 49 lbs consistently.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Experience

• No previous warehouse or logistics experience required – training is provided.

• Prior experience in fulfillment centers, inventory, shipping/receiving, or general labor is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available including:

  • Day Shift: Typically starting between 6 AM – 8 AM.

  • Night Shift: Typically starting between 6 PM – 8 PM.

• Weekend, holiday, and overtime shifts may be required based on operational needs.

• Full-time and part-time roles available.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.

• Basic problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts) is beneficial but not required.
