MNC JOBS INFO is actively seeking dedicated and hardworking Grain Farm Workers to join our team in rural Canada. As a Grain Farm Worker, you will be an integral part of daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and storing grain crops.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment (tractors, combines, etc.)

  • Plant, fertilize, cultivate, and harvest grain crops

  • Load/unload grain, seed, fertilizer, and other farm materials

  • Inspect and monitor crops and soil conditions

  • Clean and maintain storage bins, silos, and barns

  • Follow all farm safety protocols and procedures

  • Assist with irrigation, weed control, and pest management

  • Keep daily logs and report to farm supervisors or managers

  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Valid drivers license (tractor or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus)

  • Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot farm equipment

  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and long hours of standing

  • Understanding of farm safety standards

  • No prior criminal record (required for immigration processing)


Experience

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in farming or agriculture preferred

  • Newcomers with relevant experience from other countries are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: 40 to 60 hours per week depending on season

  • Shift work may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons
