  • Provide support for passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchairs or translation assistance.

  • Monitor gate area to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards.

  • Respond quickly to irregular operations, delays, or emergencies according to protocol.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Professional appearance and a customer-service-focused attitude.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with airline systems (training provided).

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage as required.

Experience
