Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through live chat and email in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with order status, returns, technical issues, and general product information

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments

• Maintain clear and accurate records of each interaction

• Follow company communication guidelines and protocols

Who Can Apply?

• 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)

• Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided

• Good written communication skills in English

• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate online tools

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Remote)

• Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on hours and shift)

• Shift: Day and Night Shifts (rotational shifts may apply)
