Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding reservations, flight information, baggage claims, and Delta services.

Resolve issues related to travel disruptions, ticketing, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Upsell Delta services and membership programs when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Minimum of 1–2 years in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience using CRM platforms and basic troubleshooting of digital tools is beneficial.
Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time opportunities available.
Flexible shifts covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support 24/7 customer operations.
Schedules are assigned based on business needs, with the possibility of rotational shifts.
